Company, Location, and Hours: Soul Summit, 3601 Sweeten Creed Rd, Suite 2, Arden NC. Open Wednesday-Saturday 10am-6pm & Sunday 11am-5pm, Closed Monday & Tuesday.
About Us: Soul Summit in Arden, NC, is a therapist-owned and operated private day spa. In house services include a variety of massage types including Relaxation, Integrative, Therapeutic, Prenatal, and Postnatal, as well as private yoga, guided meditations, and add-on services such as back or foot scrubs and reflexology. We also offer corporate wellness chair massage. Soul Summit opened for business in February 2024. It’s our mission to help guide you down your own individualized path utilizing all of the tools at our disposal - including massage therapy, bodywork, yoga, and guided meditation. Like a flowing river, the journey lasts a lifetime and continues on even after you reach the top.
Job Description: We are looking for a licensed, experienced massage therapist who can successfully implement a variety of modalities. Ideal working hours would be during weekends with open availability, having a lead time of an hour for incoming bookings. This position requires you to be a 1099, independent contractor with current licensure and insurance through the state of North Carolina.
Compensation: Pay is commission-based with all tips included on a weekly paycheck. Commission is highly competitive and dependent upon experience level and other additional factors. Upon completion of a probationary period of 90 days and performance review, potential to increase that percentage will be evaluated.
