We take a consultative approach to massage therapy and bodywork that begins before you lie down on our tables. Our Licensed Massage Therapists work to develop an understanding of each individual’s unique anatomy upfront, gaining insights that allow us to put our technical skill, experience, and training to best use.

Our three core massage services - Relaxation, Integrative, and Therapeutic - represent the foundation of what we provide. Relaxation Massage is designed to ease tension and center the mind & body, while Therapeutic Massage is ideal for targeting specific areas of discomfort through soft tissue manipulation. Integrative Massage is the “middle ground” between these two. Postnatal and Prenatal Massage, Spa Foot Reflexology, Couples Massage, and add-on services (including Aromatherapy) are also available in the Arden and Asheville area.
