Soul Summit guided meditations are available to individuals and small groups in 30-minute sessions. We’ve created a space designed to limit distractions to help you fall into the moment - unlocking your innermost creativity, joy, and gratitude while helping to improve focus in your everyday life.

Regular meditation practice has been shown to improve sleep, reduce resting heart rate & blood pressure, and reduce negative feelings, among many other physical and emotional benefits. Proponents of meditation also often note a deeper, more rewarding spiritual connection to the world around them.

New to meditation? No problem. Our guide, Beth Arnold, will consult with you prior to your session to uncover and establish goals for your new practice, putting a mindfulness meditation plan in place that fits snugly into your wellness journey. Soul Summit guided meditation is ideal for beginners and experienced practicioners alike.
