Our Wellness Professionals
Beth Arnold, LMT, YTT200, Co-Owner
Beth is a recent graduate from the Western North Carolina School of Massage in Asheville. She utilizes modalities such as neuromuscular (trigger point) therapy and relaxation to aid in pain treatment and overall wellness. Beth holds a YTT200 yoga instructor certification through Blue OSA in Costa Rica with specialized focus on muscle activation for pain relief. She also received a personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2022 and promotes the use of exercise, stretching, meditation and massage to create a balance of mind, body, and soul.

Becky Haschke, LMT, YTT200, Co-Owner
Becky has been a practicing LMT since 2011 and is a graduate of the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, FL. She utilizes a variety of modalities including neuromuscular (trigger point) therapy, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage to provide a well-rounded bodywork session tailored to the individual's needs. She is certified in pre and post-natal massage. Becky is also a YTT200 certified yoga teacher from the Lotus Pond Center for Yoga and Health in Tampa, FL, and is currently enrolled in a YTT500 program. With additional certification in Yin yoga, Becky believes that the integration of massage therapy and yoga can help instill an elevated standard of wellness.

Amber Renwick, LMT
Amber started her journey with bodywork and massage 22 years ago in CA as a licensed manicurist specializing in hand and foot massage and the study of reflexology, which eventually led her to massage therapy. In 2008 she became a certified massage therapist through Chico Massage School. She practiced for four years, working out of a local acupuncture clinic in Oroville, CA until she and her family relocated to NC in the fall of 2012. She spent the next 11 years as a full time homeschooling mom. She just recently graduated from the Western North Carolina School of Massage. She is trained in neuromuscular (trigger point) therapy, myofascial release, soft tissue release and is very comfortable with deep pressure work. She also utilizes a push-pull (Tui Na) technique learned from her time working in the acupuncture clinic. She is looking forward to sharing her healing journey with those who resonate.
