Free Yoga Fridays
Every Friday for a limited time, Rich Haschke, YTT200 is offering two free 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions at our studio! Class times are 4:15pm and 5:00pm each week. Free Yoga at the Park - Sun Salutation Basics

Where: Bill Moore Community Park in Fletcher
Led by Rich Haschke, YTT200, this free outdoor sequence will explore the core elements of the Sun Salutation - working all the way up to flowing through the complete sequence. You can expect to build some strength while deepening your mind-body connection, fueled by synchronizing breath with movement. Great for beginners and experienced practicioners alike!
