Free Yoga Fridays
Every Friday for a limited time, Rich Haschke, YTT200 is offering two free 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions at our studio! Class times are 4:15pm and 5:00pm each week. Sequences will be customized to your specific needs and practiced in a comfortable private setting. Limit one session per person. Click the button below to reserve your spot!

Free Yoga at the Park - Mindful Movement
When: Monday, September 15, 10am
Where: Bill Moore Community Park in Fletcher
Led by Becky Haschke, YTT200, this gentle outdoor sequence will emphasize the connection of breath and movement while sprinkling in some yin (with longer holds). All levels are welcome! Registration not required!

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of fall fun for the whole family! Join us for an exciting festival full of delicious food, fun and games, and live music in the heart of Fletcher. We’ll have a booth set up offering free chair massage!

Free Yoga at the Park - From Strength to Sunset
When: Monday, September 22, 6:30pm
Where: Bill Moore Community Park in Fletcher
Led by Beth Arnold, YTT200, This outdoor sequence will emphasize strong/longer holds, strength-building sequences, and breath work to channel your deepest inner strength. It will culminate with a peaceful wind down against the backdrop of the sunset - all levels are welcome! Registration not required!
